1. Introduction

This is the Privacy Policy for R-ESET.COM Private Limited. By using any of Our Services, including but not limited to the R-ESET website, social network app, and associated features, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

We are a Singapore-registered company that uses global infrastructure to ensure a fast and reliable service. We comply with all relevant privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

No personal data is required to create a R-ESET account. You can sign up with just a username and screen name (which can be your name or a nickname) You may optionally provide an email address solely for password recovery purposes. Your email address is considered personal data and will only be used for account recovery. It will not be used for marketing or other purposes without your consent.

3. Data Storage and Security

All operational data related to your account and posts is stored by us until deleted by you or by us if it violates our Terms of Service. Once deleted, accounts and posts cannot be restored.

If you contact us via email, we will retain the correspondence solely to address your inquiries. This data will not be shared with third parties and will only be used for communication purposes.

4. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data in the following limited cases:
