We are a Singapore-registered company that uses global infrastructure to ensure a fast and reliable service. We comply with all relevant data privacy laws applicable to the personal data that we process.

You are required to provide an email address when registering for an account. We use your email address strictly for password recovery purposes.

Where we transfer your personal data across jurisdictions, we will ensure that your personal data is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws regardless of the jurisdiction to which it is transferred. Our websites do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies, other than strictly necessary cookies required to provide the Service, including for authentication, security and secure payment processing. While R‑ESET does not use cookies for advertising or user tracking, our service providers may collect and process personal data using cookies and/or similar technologies. Our service providers may use your personal data to operate and improve the services they provide to us, including, but not limited to, the purposes of fraud prevention and detection, authentication, and analytics related to the performance of their services. The most recent version will supersede earlier versions and will apply to personal data provided to us previously.
